These terms cover your use of the technbyte.com website only. They are operated jointly by Tech N Byte LLC (STE 4254, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, Reg. No. 0008071851) and Tech N Byte LTD (111 Royal Crescent, Ilford, Essex, IG2 7JZ, UK, Company No. 14248407).

Amazon purchases are not covered here. Any order placed through our Amazon storefronts is a transaction with Amazon, governed entirely by Amazon's own Conditions of Use and Sale — we only introduce our storefronts on this site.

PanelOps, POS, AI Assistant, Restaurant, Inventory, Accounting and Appointment Management are separate products. PanelOps is governed by its own terms at panelops.net; the other product pages on this site are informational and any deployment is governed by an individual agreement, not these website terms.

2. Services Engagements

Custom software development, web development and digital marketing work described on our Services page is governed by the individual proposal or contract agreed for that engagement, not by these website terms. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services at a stated price.

3. Intellectual Property

The Tech N Byte name and logo, the content of this website, and the names of our products (PanelOps, and our POS, restaurant, inventory, accounting and appointment management systems) belong to Tech N Byte LLC and Tech N Byte LTD. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape this website, attempt to disrupt it, or misuse the contact form (including automated or bulk submissions). We may block access from any visitor who does.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We keep the information on this website accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free at all times. Links to external sites — including Amazon and panelops.net — are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

To the extent permitted by law, Tech N Byte LLC and Tech N Byte LTD are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA for visitors outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, and by the laws of England and Wales for visitors located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area — matching whichever Tech N Byte entity is the relevant controller under our Privacy Policy. This clause reflects our current dual-entity structure and is pending final review by legal counsel before launch.
